I heard today that the Supreme Court made a big change in a capital punishment case and by a big voting difference. A country, especially one as big as this, is too big for one court to take care of errors. The final court should be there just in case and for that the justice system should work as if it is not there. So as much as the change that court makes to a case was a deserved one as much as those in the legislative branches of federal or state governments should wonder how did that case slipped through and try to correct the gap below if they care about building a sufficient justice system.
